MLB Top Three Players in the World Series

Bottom of the eighteenth, Dodgers and Blue jays are tied in game three. Freddie Freeman at bat, two strikeouts and three balls, but Freeman changes it with a home run. There where many records broken in this years World Series, starting with Trey Yesavage, breaking the record for most strikeouts in a World Series game, throwing twelve in total. Two starts into the game, Trey had a total of twenty seven strikeouts. The next record breaker is Shohei Ohatani, having eleven strikeouts and two home runs. He also broke the record for the most plate appearances in a single World Series game, having nine in total. The last record breaker is Ernie Clement. He broke the record for the most hits in the World Series, with a grand total of twelve, surpassing Randy Arozarena’s eight hits in the 2020 World Series. His final hit was a leadoff double in the eighth inning of game seven. Each broke a record during the Fall Classic, and each record broken was big. Each game in the Fall Classic was surprising. The most notable are the eighteen inning game, game seven, and comebacks. With the teams playing all seven games, one of them had to go home with the win, and it was the LA Dodgers.
